Your first question if you're new might be "Where do my youngest kids go?"
1st Floor Check-In Process
Your children are very important to us. On your first visit, we'll ask for the following information before you drop off: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. We’ll also note emergency contact information specific to each visit.
This information is entered into our REALM database to help maintain our check-in system. You'll receive a child ID tag as well as a pickup tag. Please hold onto this pickup tag until the end of the service when you return for your child.
Each week when you return you just head to one of the check-in kiosks and type in their name, print a tag, and go—no need to re-register each week.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are from 10:00-10:45 am each Sunday morning. During this time you may drop off your child (infant-pre-k) in their own Sunday School class on the 1st floor. Classes are divided by age with 2+ teachers in each room.
You'll check in with your child's name along with any special instructions for the day. You'll be required to show the pickup sticker after Sunday School or Service.
Kindergarten and older are located on the 2nd floor. You can check out more details about that over in Kid's Ministry area.
During Church Service
ETC (Extended Teaching Care) for Nursery + Preschool
Every Sunday morning, during the 11 am worship service, we offer care for nursery-aged children and Preschoolers from Birth through 3 Years of age.
For children in this age range, parents can bring them to the 1st floor of the Education Building and get checked in at the kiosks and let us know any special instructions or needs for the child.
Parents should return to pick up their child immediately following the end of the session with their pickup tag.
4’s (Pre-K)
After Sunday School, the 4-year-old (pre-k) children will stay on the Preschool floor of the Education Building during the 11 am worship service for Children’s Church. All children remain in the room until picked up by a parent at the close of the service.
