Hey there! I’m Jake, I would love to meet you in person, but for now here’s a little bit about me. My wife (Lauren) and I met here at Beaver Dam when we were in High School, and the Lord has mercifully grown us from those crazy high school kids to a husband and wife raising three sons (Hudson, Tate & Blaine). We are so thankful that God called us back to Beaver Dam in August 2020! My desire as the Student & Missions Pastor is to walk alongside the staff in making and maturing believers from teens to single moms to retirees – in Halls and around the globe! 

My desire in ministering to Students as a part of our Family Ministry here at Beaver Dam is to help teenagers know their God and live their faith. Too often we see students graduating from high school without ownership of their faith. Likewise, too often this leads to abandoning their faith. I pray that through the teaching of God’s Word and through relationships we can see students own their faith and be disciples who make disciples. 

Ultimately that’s the goal for our entire church family… right? To be disciples who make disciples! I love helping people recognize a need and take action.
